  • What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?

    While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and clinical mental health, life coaching is forward-facing. We focus on where you are now and where you want to be, using goal-setting and accountability to bridge that gap.

  • How do I schedule a consultation with your attorneys?

    You are ready if you feel “stuck” in a specific area of your life—be it career, relationships, or personal growth—and are committed to taking action. If you are open to feedback and ready to do the work, you are ready for a coach.

  • How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?

    Our first meeting is about alignment and chemistry. We will discuss your current challenges, define what success looks like for you, and determine if my specific coaching style is the right fit for your unique personality and goals.

  • How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

    Transformation takes time, but most clients see significant shifts within 3 to 6 months. I typically recommend a minimum commitment of 12 sessions to ensure we move past surface-level changes and build sustainable, long-term habits.

  • Can coaching help me with my professional career?

    Absolutely. Many clients seek coaching for leadership development, burnout prevention, or career transitions. We work on “soft skills” like communication, boundary setting, and time management that directly impact your professional trajectory.

  • Do you offer free initial consultations?

    I value our time together and ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows me to offer that slot to another client. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will generally be billed at the full rate.
